About this policy
This policy describes how information is handled through the Webnello website and enquiries received through it. For privacy questions and requests, use the contact details on this page.
Information you choose to share
This website has no enquiry form that stores submissions on the server. You can contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp. We may receive your name, contact details, business name, enquiry and any material you send. Providing information for an initial enquiry is voluntary and not a legal requirement. Without details needed to respond, we may be unable to contact you or prepare a suitable proposal. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
Purposes of use
Information is used to respond, understand project needs, prepare proposals, communicate during an engagement and deliver services. A service engagement may require further details for operations, billing and legal obligations. Handling end-customer data through a website built for you will be addressed separately.
Technical information and preferences
The hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser types, access times and server requests for operations and security. The current theme contains no analytics or advertising pixels. Fonts and portfolio images are served from this website. Dark/Light and accessibility preferences are stored in your browser using localStorage. Language is selected through the page URL. You can reset accessibility options, change display mode or clear site data in your browser.
External services
A WhatsApp link opens a WhatsApp/Meta service; an email link opens your mail application. Messages are not sent automatically. Material you send is also processed by the relevant communication providers, including Gmail/Google for the business email account. Portfolio links lead to external client websites. These services have their own policies and may receive technical information about your visit.
Access and transfers
The business operator and authorised people working on its behalf may access information as necessary to respond and deliver services, along with the infrastructure and communication providers actually used for those purposes. Information may also be disclosed to meet a legal duty, in legal proceedings or to protect rights under applicable law. Some providers may process data outside Israel. Adding collection tools or providers that materially change processing requires review and appropriate updates to this policy and related arrangements.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as necessary for the enquiry or engagement, taking operational needs and applicable obligations into account. Access should be restricted and security measures should match the information and scale of activity. No system is completely protected against failures or unauthorised access.
Rights and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information about you held in a database and its correction if it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated. You may also request deletion or restricted use; requests are assessed under the law and the circumstances, including retention obligations. Proportionate identity verification may be needed. Please identify your enquiry as a privacy request.
Updates
This policy will be updated when activities or website tools change. The version date appears at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated appropriately where needed or required by law.
